REGISTRATION TYPES AND FEES

For Regular Attendants / PhD. Students / Attendants belonging to the co-organizing party, the registration fee comprises:

– Publication of one paper

– Symposium bag and materials

– Admission to all symposium sessions

– Welcome and additional coffee breaks and refreshments

– Buffet lunch

– Galla Dinner

Accompanying person (spouse or 1^st degree relative) registration fee comprises:

– Admission to all symposium sessions

– Welcome and additional coffee breaks and refreshments

– Buffet lunch

– Galla Dinner

Not included:

– Transportation and accommodation costs.

Notes:

Attendants / PhD. Students / Attendants belonging to the co-organizing party who wish to participate without paper shall pay the same fees as presented above.

FEE PAYMENT

Early Bird Registration fee (paid before 10^th of September 2023) and Regular Registration Fee (11^th of September 2023 – 30^th of September 2023) shall be paid in one of the following bank accounts:

INVOICING

 Fiscal invoice

In addition to the payment document, for drawing up the fiscal invoice, please be kind to provide us all the invoice related data by email at, as follows:

a) for personal invoice: beneficiary name, beneficiary full address (street, no., city, country), phone/fax, email address for receiving the fiscal invoice

b) for company invoice: company name, company full address (street, no., city, country), VAT number, company registration number, phone/fax, email address for receiving the fiscal invoice.

Proforma invoice

Should you require a proforma invoice before making the payment, please be kind to specifically request it by sending us all the related invoicing data, as follows:

a) for personal invoice: Paper number and/or type of registration, beneficiary name, beneficiary full address (street, no., city, country), email address for receiving the proforma invoice

b) for company invoice: Paper number and/or type of registration, company name, company full address (street, no., city, country), VAT number, registration number, phone/fax, email address for receiving the proforma invoice.
